Regular Shipping Option

Orders are shipped UPS GROUND or USPS unless other method is preferred. (If you need faster service, tell us how to ship. Please note that faster shipping is just that, it will only reduce the shipping time. See below.)

Truck Freight Shipments

Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a freight quote. The usual shipping charge for freight service runs between $50 and $75 dollars. Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you will have unloading help on hand. Always better if you can arrange drop off at a commercial location. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.) ARAB TRACTOR WILL CONTACT YOU WITH FREIGHT EXPENSE

Orders over 10 lbs. Orders over 10 lbs are subject to additional shipping charges. Arab Tractor and Parts Connection will charge actual UPS shipping charge to packages that are in excess of 10 lbs.
Back Orders Most parts are in stock or available in 1-2 business days. Some parts may take longer. We have set up very efficient suppliers and if your local dealer says it is not available for a extended period, check with us.
Special Orders Special Order parts that are not in Stock can take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to get in. Because it is a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order. Please Note, Returns will be subject to a 20% Manufacturer's restocking charge.
Returns
Return Policies These are Arab Tractor and Parts Connection’s Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from our website. Our Sales Policy includes a 20% processing charge on all returns. Shipping costs are not refundable. All products returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by calling Customer Service at 256-586-6772. Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us: Any product not purchased from Arab Tractor and Parts Connection Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product Any product that exhibits physical damage
Limited Return Eligibility
Engines	Engines are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.

Short Blocks	Short blocks are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.

Decks	Decks are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.

Electrical	Electrical items are available for exchange only. We understands that ordering repair parts can be difficult at times. So we allow you to exchange electrical items ordered incorrectly to be returned for the correct item. ELECTRICAL ITEMS CANNOT BE MOUNTED AND MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE.



Gaskets	Gaskets and seals are sold as final sale (not returnable).
Engine Powered Equipment	Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.

Refunds

According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc.) an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and then a company check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund.

Shipping or Website Errors

Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge

About Warranties	Arab Tractor and Parts Connection believes customer service is the most important part of the sale. We strives to provide the best quality products, but from time to time a product might not perform to manufacturers specifications. Please take a moment to review our warranty policy below.

Manufactures Warranties	All products sold by Arab Tractor and Parts Connection have a manufacturer warranty. Please be aware that warranties from defect are provided strictly through the manufacturer. If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you as well as a Warranty Authorized Return number to be able to return the defective part. If you believe you have a defective product please contact customer service so we can assist you.
